Each dimension needs units and a stated reference surface. Any feature not visible on the verified product page should remain a proposed requirement until the supplier marks it on the drawing and the buyer accepts it.
Hold a cross-functional drawing review with procurement, the system engineer, and the crew lead. Procurement checks scope and version control; engineering checks interface conflicts; the crew lead walks through the real operating sequence. Record comments by drawing revision rather than in scattered messages. Acceptance means the latest drawing resolves the agreed comments, not merely that a quotation or product image has been received.
Run a witnessed trial fit and close the handover file
Before final acceptance, inspect the actual console in the actual case with normal accessories and cables. Repeat the sequence under representative site conditions and observe pinch points, connector clearance, hand positions, lid or panel handling, wheel behaviour, balance during movement, and access for identification labels. Log each finding as pass, corrective action, or buyer-approved deviation; do not replace observation with assumptions about the product name.
Close the procurement file with the approved drawing revision, dated trial-fit photos, issue log, accepted deviations, packing instructions, parts list, and the contact responsible for later changes. Give operations the same revision that procurement accepted. If the console configuration, transport route, or accessory set changes, reopen only the affected checks. This creates a traceable acceptance baseline for repeat orders without inventing unverified performance claims.
